A final dividend of R4 166 million (280 cents per ordinary share) was declared for the year ended 31 March 2011,
payable on Monday 4 July 2011 to shareholders recorded in the register at the close of business on Friday 1 July 2011.
The secondary tax on companies payable on this dividend amounts to R417 million. |
